Refund Policy

All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving the item. All items sent back are at the senders expense. It is recommended that you ship items with tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items. For exchanges send your item back within 10 days of receiving the product to the address below. Include your order number on the outside of the package! (overly used products are non-exchangeable)

Shipping Policy

Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship 1­-2 business day after you order. *NOTE: during restocks, new releases & special promotions, there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time!

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Total distance between us and you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
  • What delivery method you select

ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.

DOMESTIC:
First Class: 7-10 Business Days
Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days
FedEx Ground: 3-5 Business Days 
FedEx 2 Day: 2 Business Days 

INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):
Standard Post (APC Postal Logistics): 7-15 Business Days

DHL Express: 2-5 Business Days
FedEx Ground: 3-10 Business Days 

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

COVID-19 DELAYS IN SHIPPING

Please know that Celis Cosmetics Team is committed to the health and well-being of our team members, partners, and loyal customers during these unprecedented times. Our team is working overtime to produce and ship your orders to you. You may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so please allow 2 weeks for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time. Kindly note that while UPS is experiencing these delays, your tracking information may not be updated until after the order is delivered. Thank you in advance for your loyalty and patience!
